Become a Youth Football Referee with Stowmarket Town FC

Stowmarket Town FC is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to train as youth referees and help keep the game flowing for our growing grassroots teams.
You don’t need prior experience — just a passion for football and a willingness to learn. The club will cover the full cost of your FA Refereeing Course in return for officiating youth matches at the club throughout the season.
As part of our referee development pathway, you’ll:
✅ Gain a recognised FA qualification and valuable matchday experience.
✅ Develop leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
