Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on 8th February 2026 at 4pm.

Ordinary Business

  1. To receive the Chairmans and Directors report on activities of the Company.
  2. To consider the independent audit and publishing of statutory accounts of the Company.
  3. To reappoint the Directors of the Board
  4. To appoint auditors.
  5. To approve the 2019 articles of association with recommended amendments.

To make the process of the AGM and the voting matters as transparent and inclusive as possible we will be issuing a number of important documents prior to the AGM and the above matters being addressed at the AGM. We would therefore ask all members to confirm their status and welcome any persons who are part of the Club and CIC but are not yet members to confirm their status by completing a membership confirmation form. Those who confirm their emails and membership status ahead of the meeting will received the various documents and announcements via email ahead of the meeting. 

Where possible information will of course be published via the Clubs website and Social Media. 

Election of Directors

Nominations for election as a Director must be made in writing using the prescribed nomination form, signed by a proposer and seconder who are both eligible voting members, and received by the Company Secretary by the deadline specified below.

Deadline for receipt of nominations of Directors is: 20th January 2026 at midnight.

Voting and Proxies

Members entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to exercise all or any of their rights to attend, speak and vote on their behalf, in accordance with the Articles of Association.
