Welcome to the official website of Stowmarket Town Football Club (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website, purchasing tickets, merchandise, or any other products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or make a purchase.

We operate as a semi-professional football club in Suffolk, England, and sell match tickets, memberships, merchandise, and football-related products through our online store.
2. Ordering & Contract
When you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. A contract is formed only once we dispatch your goods or confirm your match ticket invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:
The product is unavailable
There is a pricing or listing error
Fraud is suspected
3. Match Tickets & Entry Conditions
Your order confirmation or invoice is your match ticket.
You must state the match you wish to attend in the delivery notes box at checkout.
If you do not state a match date, the ticket will be held as unassigned and may become invalid.
Tickets are valid for one entry only.
Proof of purchase must be shown at the gate (email or printed copy).
No refunds are issued for missed matches unless the match is officially postponed or cancelled by the club.
If a match is postponed:
Your ticket automatically transfers to the rearranged date.
If you cannot attend the new date, please email us for a credit note.
4. Season Tickets
A season ticket grants entry to:
All Stowmarket Town First Team home league matches
All U23 home league matches
All U18 home league matches
Season tickets do not include:
Cup matches
Away matches
Play-off fixtures
Special events
Lost season tickets may be replaced at the club’s discretion.
5. Merchandise, Clothing & Footwear
We aim to display product descriptions and sizing as accurately as possible. However, please allow for manufacturer tolerances in colour, fabric, and sizing.
You are responsible for selecting the correct size when ordering.
6. Electrical & Sporting Equipment
All equipment (including training aids, accessories, and electrical items such as scoreboards or PA equipment) must be used according to the manufacturer’s safety instructions. The club is not liable for misuse.
Faulty goods are covered under your statutory consumer rights.
7. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store payment card details.
8. Delivery & Collection
Delivery times vary based on stock availability.
Some products (e.g., merchandise) may be collection only from Greens Meadow.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel non-ticket product purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be:
Unworn
Unused
In original packaging

Match tickets, event tickets, and season tickets are non-refundable unless the event is postponed or cancelled.
10. Conduct at Greens Meadow
We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person who:
Causes harm, distress, or disruption
Engages in abuse, discrimination, violence, or anti-social behaviour
No alcohol may be brought into the stadium from outside sources.
11. Liability
We are not responsible for:
Personal belongings brought to the stadium
Loss resulting from misuse of purchased products
Disruptions caused by events outside our control (weather, league decisions, etc.)
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. The latest version will always be available on our website.
